Georgia Laws are Restricting Patient Access to Cancer Care.

Imagine a local Georgia hospital being forced to turn away cancer patients simply because they are Georgia residents. That’s exactly what is happening!

Georgia law unfairly dictates that only 35 percent of cancer patients seeking treatment at a Destination Cancer Hospital can come from Georgia, forcing them to turn patients away.

No one chooses cancer…but every cancer patient should have a choice in where he or she receives care.

Let’s Do Something About it! Speak Now, Georgia!

In the 2018 legislative session, YOU have the opportunity to reform these unfair laws and give choice back to cancer patients in our state.

By signing the petition to reform these unfair laws, you can help ensure these Georgia cancer patients aren’t denied the treatment they need.
